Refund policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 business days of receiving your order. All return requests must be initiated within this timeframe.

Refunds will be processed once the jewellery has been returned to us and inspected. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

If the jewellery shows any signs of wear, use, or handling beyond initial inspection, a R300.00 plating and polishing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
